ABSENCES AND LEAVERS
If you know your child is going to be absent, please inform the school office in advance. If this absence is for 1 week or more, you will need to complete the leave and absence form and return it to the school office.
If you do not know in advance please phone the school office (Phone 442 9120) before 9.00am on the day of your child's absence.
If you are leaving Queenstown Primary School, the leave and absence form will also need to be completed.
